Our Modular Approach
Transform your waterfront with our innovative Modular Design

Our custom-built pontoons are based upon standard module types, so they can adapt to your specific requirements.
However if needed we can also design a bespoke module to meet your exact needs
All of our modules are CAD designed by an experienced automotive engineer and are manufactured from Quality materials to exacting standards

Our Standard Modules
There are a number of standard modules which can be configured to your requirements.
They can be divided into 3 basic categories:-
High Level (100cm above waterline)
Provides convenient access to larger cruising boats
Can be configured to provide a secure dinghy/tender garage underneath with trapdoor access through the pontoon decking

Low-Level (60cm above waterline)
Providing easier access to smaller craft such as sports cruisers

Access Level (30cm above waterline)
Providing easier access to small boats such as tenders, canoes etc
convenient for swimming access

Within each category there are some additional variations such as a narrow width e.g.

Expandability
Because of the modular approach you can easily expand in the future, as and when needed. For example if you acquired a larger boat we can easily add additional modules to accommodate

Frequently Asked Questions
What are custom built pontoons?
Custom built pontoons are tailored structures designed to meet specific customer requirements for boat moorings. They can be modified or expanded as needed, ensuring versatility and functionality.
How do I maintain my pontoon?
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the surface, checking for wear and tear, and ensuring all hardware is secure. We recommend regular inspections to keep your pontoon in optimal condition.
Can I install the pontoon myself?
While DIY installation is possible, we recommend professional installation to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations. Our team can assist and/or advise with the installation process if you want to do it yourself
What is the lifespan of your pontoons?
Our pontoons are designed to last for many years, with proper maintenance. The use of high-quality materials ensures they can withstand harsh weather conditions and regular use.
What materials are used in your pontoons?
Our pontoons are constructed using 40mm steel square section hot dipped galvanised to EN ISO1642 standard and MIG welded to ensure a strong and robust structure. Our standard decking boards are pressure treated Scandinavian Slow grown redwood decking, with high-quality stainless-steel hardware. However Customers can also opt for composite materials for the decking at an extra cost
How long does it take to build a pontoon?
The construction time for a custom pontoon typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and materials chosen. We strive to deliver high-quality products within the agreed timeframe to meet your needs. Obviously delivery and installation depends on many factors.. not least the weather!
Our Services
General Advice and guidance
We provide a free no obligation service to discuss your needs and suggest the options we could provide to meet your specific pontoon/mooring requirements.
If you are unsure about the suitability of your mooring location to accept our pontoons, then we can organise a site survey in order to analyse in depth your requirements before we start the design process
Design
Where possible we try to design your solution using a mix of our standard module types. However we can also quote for the design and manufacture of custom modules to meet your exact requirements
Installation
Final assembly of the pontoons is performed on-site to facilitate transport and ease of moving them into the water. We can perform the full installation for you. However, if you want to install it yourself, then this is also possible, and we can provide you with whatever level of advice / assistance you need.
Pricing
We try to be transparent about our pricing, and using the on-line price calculator, you can check for yourself what the costs of a standard pontoon would be… Simply select the “Pricing” option from the main menu and configure your own pontoon. You don’t even need to submit your contact details to us. Of course you would need to contact us for any any non-standard customisations / options. There is also a Delivery Price Calculator under the “Delivery” option on the main menu. This can give you a rough idea about the delivery costs. However If you let us know the approximate location of your mooring in the contact form, then it will help us to estimate more accurate delivery and installation costs
You can also contact us by telephone, or by submitting the contact form to simply discuss what the possibilities are and get a guideline price

About us
We are a family owned business created after years of boating experience on numerous river environments.
Frustrated at not being able to find suitable and affordable moorings, we decided to use our professional CAD design experience to design, build and install our own river mooring.
This was further developed into what we believe to be an innovative, Modular, and Secure Pontoon Moorings design that can be easily customised to meet most riverside / boat requirements
